Below, please enter the number of each size leotard you will need to accommodate your registered gymnasts

Please keep in mind:
The number of leotards below must match the number of gymnasts registered
Any refund requested after the deadline date (January 1) will be less the cost of the leotard
Please note:  After the leotard cut off date, any refunds given will be less $35 to cover the cost of the leotard, which cannot be cancelled.
